Individual Marma Therapy Sessions

Antonio Aragona (Vishnu) will also be offering Marma Therapy Treatments, which includes an Ayurveda Consultation. The Ayurveda Consultation includes assessment of the baseline constitution (Prakruti), through pulse/tongue and an overall physical examination. Imbalances (Vrikruti) will also be addressed along with dietary/lifestyle recommendations which will be provided. Marma Therapy is considered the Acupuncture of Ayurveda without the needles.  Marma Points are specific points that are located on the body and encouraged into a state of balance thereby harmonizing the entire mind and physiology. Marma Therapy Sessions address both a state of health and imbalances on a more subtle level and help maintain a state of wellbeing.  The sessions will be approximately two hours where there will be a consultation followed by Marma Therapy.

Antonio Aragona (Vishnu) BA Psy. M.Ayu, CMT and RYT, with many years of experience: has a BA in Psychology, is a  Certified Shiatsu Practitioner (CSP) through The Motherhand Society, Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) through the International Massage Association, Registered Yoga Instructor (RYI) through the National Yoga Alliance,  AYI (Ayur-Yoga Instructor through Betheyla Anuradha), CAS (Certified Ayurveda for Self-care) and CAHE (Certified Ayurvedic Health Educator) through The American Institute of Vedic Studies.  Antonio is a CAP (Certified Ayurveda Practitioner) and AAP (Advanced Ayurveda Practitioner) through Kerala Ayurveda Academy Antonio completed  his M. Ayu. (Masters of Ayurveda) through International Vedic Hindu University of America.
