Reiki (Japanese for “Universal Life Force”) is an ancient, hands-on system of natural healing originating from Asia. Through gentle touch by a practitioner on or off the body, Reiki promotes relaxation and general well being by bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance and alignment. Reiki amplifies the body’s ability to heal itself, and is a gentle and safe way to compliment traditional medicine, or deepen a spiritual practice.

In this training you will learn everything you need to know to begin incorporating Reiki into your life. By the end of the weekend you will be attuned to a Reiki I Practitioner.

Casa de Iguana is a private home built and designed by Ivy Giacchino-Berrocal and her husband Mauricio Berrocal. The home is located in Herradura, CR and is all family owned. It is a two story home with a large comfortable sitting area on first floor with wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a 2nd floor with wraparound porch with views of the mountains. with 2 Large fully equipped stone tiled bathrooms on both floors, open kitchen layout!

Our Divinity Room: Perfect for a couple or two friends who don’t mind sharing a bed.

Our Shala Room: Perfect for two friends, or even three! (will need a cot for 3rd person)

Deepen your Reiki practice in Reiki Level 2 Training, where you will learn the absentee/distance method of healing.  You will build upon your Reiki 1 training by learning sacred symbols (yantras), their meanings, and how to incorporate them into your Reiki practice.

Prerequisiite: Reiki 1

Included in Reiki 2 training:
*Introduction of the 3 sacred Reiki symbols.
*How to use the symbols to perform absentee/distance healing
*3 attunements to deepen your connection to the reiki energy and symbols
*Guided meditations
*Practice time to give and receive a Reiki session, using the sacred symbols
